CUSTOMER INFORMATION

Terms & Conditions

The service rules for website projects and related digital services, including package scope, customer responsibilities, ownership, renewals and support.

Effective date: 2 November 2026 · Last updated: 2 November 2026

1. About these terms

These Terms & Conditions govern website design, development, deployment and related digital services offered under the name Sundari Digital Labs (“Sundari”, “we”, “us”). “Customer” or “you” means the person or business placing an order. These terms apply together with the written proposal, invoice and any service-specific agreement accepted for an order. If a signed proposal or service agreement conflicts with these general terms, the specific written agreement will control for that order.

2. Services and package scope

Our standard website packages currently have the following indicative scope. The final scope is the one stated in the accepted proposal or invoice.

Packages may include domain registration/connection, hosting, SSL, contact links, Maps, basic on-page SEO and other listed features. Any exclusions, add-ons, third-party charges or custom requirements will be stated separately. We do not provide unlimited revisions. Work outside the agreed scope may require additional fees and a revised timeline.

3. Pricing, payment and commencement

Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Applicable taxes, if any, will be shown on the invoice. Unless the proposal says otherwise, work is scheduled after the agreed payment is received and the required onboarding information and content are supplied. A payment confirmation or order acceptance will identify the applicable package and scope.

4. Customer responsibilities

You must provide accurate business information, approved text, images, logos, contact details, service information and any required permissions in a timely manner. You are responsible for reviewing the preview, checking factual accuracy and giving consolidated feedback. You confirm that you own or have permission to use all materials supplied to us. Delays in receiving content, approvals or access may extend delivery timelines.

5. Delivery, review and revisions

For standardized packages, our target is generally 24–48 hours after complete content and required information are received. This is a target, not a guaranteed deadline; complexity, third-party dependencies and delayed customer responses can affect delivery. We will share a preview for review. Included revisions are limited to the package or proposal and mean reasonable changes within the agreed scope, not a new design, additional pages or new functionality. Additional work will be quoted before it begins.

6. Domain, content and intellectual property

The customer owns and controls their domain registration account and retains ownership of their business content, logo and photographs, subject to third-party rights. Where we register or configure a domain on your behalf, the registration should be made in your name or transferred to your control as agreed. You must keep registrar credentials and renewal details secure.

Sundari retains ownership of its pre-existing and reusable website engine, generic templates, components, code libraries, workflows and internal tools. After full payment, you receive the right to use the delivered website for your business, subject to any third-party software, font, image or service licences. We will not hold your domain or your original business assets hostage. Any transfer of source files, editable design files or bespoke intellectual property must be expressly included in the proposal.

7. Hosting, renewals and third-party services

Hosting, domain renewal and other recurring charges are subject to the renewal amount and period communicated for your package. Current indicative annual renewal prices are Starter ₹999, Business ₹1,499 and Growth ₹2,499, unless your proposal states otherwise. Domain registrar pricing, taxes or third-party charges may change and will be communicated where applicable. You are responsible for timely renewal payments. We may send reminders, but reminders do not replace your responsibility to renew.

Third-party services such as domain registrars, hosting/CDN providers, analytics, Maps, email and payment gateways are governed by their own terms and availability. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, suspension or price changes caused by those providers, but will make reasonable efforts to assist within the agreed scope.

8. SEO, visibility and performance

We may configure basic SEO elements, sitemap, Search Console or analytics where included. Search engines control crawling, indexing, ranking and display. We do not guarantee search rankings, traffic, enquiries, sales, revenue or uninterrupted availability.

9. Acceptable use and customer content

You must not use the website or our services for unlawful, deceptive, infringing, abusive or harmful activity. We may decline or pause work where supplied content appears unlawful or violates third-party rights. You remain responsible for the legality, accuracy and required disclosures of your business, products, services and website content.

10. Support, suspension and termination

Post-launch support and maintenance are limited to what is included in your package or a separate written agreement. We may suspend work for overdue payments, missing essential information, unlawful requests or material breach of these terms. Either party may end an order in accordance with the Refund & Cancellation Policy and any signed service agreement.

11. Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, loss of profits, loss of data, or losses caused by customer-supplied content or third-party services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Our aggregate liability for a claim relating to a particular order will not exceed the amount paid to us for that order, except where applicable law does not permit that limitation.

12. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms for future orders by publishing a revised version with a new effective date. The terms accepted for an existing order will not be changed retrospectively without agreement, except where required by law. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable law in India will hear disputes.
